PRODUCT 2: AVIATION FUEL JET A1

COUNTRY ORIGIN: Non – Sanctioned

DELIVERY TERMS: CIF – Vessel to Tank of Buyer
CONTRACT: Spot - trial for long term delivery
QUANTITY: 100,000 MT per month / 1,000,000 bbl Jet A1
REFERENCE PRICE: Platts minus 6.5%, indicativ
PAYMENT: MT 103
QUANTITY & QUALITY : As ascertained and confirmed at load port by SGS inspector, based on volumes & composites. Inspector’s results to be final and binding.

INSPECTOR COSTS: At Buyer's Expense
LAW & JURISDICTION: English Law / London Arbitration

Buyer has to send to the Seller until 10th May 2024 the following documents:

- LOI or ICPO
- Bank Statement including contact details of the bank clerk
- TSA Rotterdam (100 000 MT DIESEL EN 590, 10 ppm and/or 1,000,000 bbl Jet A1 respectively)
- TSA Subletting Agreement between Buyer and Seller, i.e. confirmation of the Buyer that the Buyer is ready, willing and able to make available these tank farm capacities for the Seller (Goxx) for this particular transaction, namely that Seller and Buyer shall use the tank farm capacities to bring in the cargo on a CIF basis in Rotterdam.

Please note: Seller has to send these documents of the Buyer to the Producer in order to proceed. A long term relationship between Producer, Seller and Buyer is envisaged
